Marvelous Ghost Writer

This is Sparky's Mom writing a quick note for the Marvelous Nolens. Their trip so far has been great fun. They are in Scotland for the second of three nights. April called to have me take care of some business for them online. She is unable to connect there because the hotel's phones have not been working. She mentioned that tomorrow is a holiday over there, so it is unlikely that the phones will be fixed before the Nolens move on.

They visited Harry Potter's castle on Friday and will see a Scotish castle tomorrow. The countryside is hilly and green and beautiful. There are sheep everywhere. April told me about seeing a water wheel that actually lifted up barges to move them along something like an overpass to another waterway. I can't wait to hear what that is about.

Even though she is not blogging, April is recording their experiences on her laptop. As soon as she can get connected, she will download their most recent episodes of this wonderful saga.
