The Much-Talked-Of Marvelous "Do"

Woo-hoo! I'm more excited that it worked than I am for you to see my posh new do! (posh=fancy)
Since this day when Cat styled my hair, I have been unable to get it this straight again. It either flips out at the bottom or gets puffy at the top or bumpy on the right side. And I think it's longer on the left side in the back, but I can't really tell. It just barely touches my shoulders.
You should have seen me after I got rained on with this nice sleek style - I looked pretty raggedy. And today since the BT engineer came right after we got home from doing hot outside sticky stuff, I didn't have time to do my hair today either - so I have the old "puffy do" going on now. I'm actually rambling because I need to get enough text beside the picture so that it doesn't run into the next post below.
I'm still watching the BBC news. Is the thing with Israel and the Hezbollah being reported on very much at home? That's all they are talking about here. That and the "Natwest 3" who were extradited to Houston for Enron-related trials. They keep screaming how unfair it is that these 3 were extradited. Yeah right.
Anyway - goodnight for real now.

Wow! Your mom is right. I did not recognize you.
That looks great. :)
I did not realize you had light eyes either. :)
Yes the Mideast thing is big news here. On
every news station every hour. There is a worry
of an all out war that includes most of the world.
I concur with your momma

April, you don't look like you. But you do look happy and good. Uncle Bernard would suggest getting some curl. The last time I was in Amarillo he suggested that I go with Martha and get some curl. GIGI
Hey April,
It looks awesome! Very different, but posh and stylish. :-) You're right--highlights would look cool. I've been keeping up with your adventures, and I'm glad y'all are getting to do wonderful things there (despite the annoyances). You're still in my prayers and thoughts. Thanks for sharing your stories! Love you guys!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
would not have realized it was you
very posh indeed...

Oooh! So hip! I know your pain with the poofy-ness, I was never able to get my hair as nice as the stylist did a few weeks ago, despite lots of intense styling. So I gave up! :)
Love the do. You may like "water wax" by Aveda to keep it really straight.
Cheers!
Eck
