Translation: Hi man! Yeah I'm pleased too. Man, your friend is clueless, isn't he? (China Plate = my mate; gormy/gormless = clueless)
last frame: "Any chance of a nosh up?...A little bevvy and that?"
Translation: Any chance of a meal? A drink?
