My Absence Was Too Long
We had a birthday party on Saturday for Audrey. We were only a month late. She didn't care, as long as the party happened. She invited 4 friends and they made fairy wings and fairy wands. They glued stuff onto hot pink cardboard wings and had a great time, as did the moms that stayed to help.
Caleb and Steve even got into the craft. I had a set of green wings that looked creepy and dangerous for him to decorate and a wand with a T-Rex head for the "magic" end. He put red glitter glue on the T-Rex's mouth and said it was dripping blood. Typical 6-year-old boy. He and Steve put feathers, stickers, and lots of designs in glitter glue (including the Union Jack) on Caleb's wings.

The girls as fairies a couple of weeks ago. Julie loved running around in a pretty dress and wings.
My daily dinner companions:
I put Audrey's hair in sponge curlers the other night after her bath. The next morning when we took them out, she had a little blonde afro. No kidding. She looked like Napoleon Dynamite. She wasn't mad, but she wasn't really happy, so we put her hair up in "puppy ears" as we call them. Here are a couple of pictures of the adorable little puffy puppy ears.
This is Julie enjoying her chocolate pudding pizza. I gave her a little kid's meal that had a pizza and a bit of pudding. She ate it all together and obviously loved it. Nasty.

Mmmmm...pudding.
I like the face-pulling pictures, too.
I like the fairy pictures. These sweeties are beautiful. What a fun party!
