Marvelous Adventures at Sears

As per our tradition, we took Julie to Sears for her 3-month pictures. Since it's Easter weekend, I decided to dress all 3 kids in their finery. Here are the results.

The one picture of all 3 kids with Juju's eyes closed is just funny. Audrey ended up being the limiting factor in the pictures with all 3 kids - she decided she was done after the 2nd picture was taken and that was that. Oh well.

I think these pictures are so sweet! But they're ridiculously expensive coming from Sears - $7.99/sheet on sale. They used to be like $2.99 on sale. Oh well.

So Caleb & Audrey went to the park with TJ & Liz (former youth groupers, now married & in college). Liz's photography final is to produce a photo documentary and she asked if she could take pictures of Caleb. So they're over at Rocket Park playing. And we get a break - what a nice pre-Easter present!

Speaking of Easter, I think when kiddos get back, we'll do some egg dying. I got a glitter effect kit. Don't know that it will make a difference to the kids, but I know it will be fun.

I think in the coming week we will make some strides towards our sojourn to the U.K. Steve will probably finalize the dates with his contact at A.W.E. (Aldermaston Weapons Establishment), then I will start to work on airline tickets and a place to live. I'm still a little overwhelmed to think of buying 5 round-trip tickets to England at $1100 each...but when I think of it as all we'll really have to pay to live overseas for 6 months, I can handle that. Especially since we will be reimbursed for one of the tickets.

I better scoot now and see if I can help Steve get little Jujube calmed down.

Vastly cute! Tomorrow I go and develop all 108 photos of your child! :) I will do my best to make extra copies for you, if I run out of paper I might just scan them in and e-mail them to you instead b/c photo paper is very expensive. Audrey's Easter dress was very cute today, btw.
