My Feet Hurt

Walked 15,500 steps today. That's 6.85 miles according to my stride length. Of those, 8980 were aerobic steps. I went faster.

All in all, that's 7 exercise points. I get 28 points a day for food. I allowed myself a packet of peanut M&Ms for 6 points. I'm still ahead.
