Poor Little Girls

The 2 girls seem to be sick. No vomiting, but Julie's most recent diaper was unpleasant, as was Audrey's most recent trip to the potty. Plus Audrey has a horrible cough - it's the most seal-like cough any of my kids have produced to date.

About Audrey: she's had a couple of zingers lately. Besides the "don't let Jesus hear us" comment, she had this one yesterday: She was throwing toys up in the air after Steve told her to stop. He walked her into our bedroom, gave her 2 swats, and said, "I've told you not to throw your toys," to which she replied sobbing, "But they were Julie's!" As if it were ok to throw Julie's toys when it wasn't ok to throw her own. She had another one today but I've forgotten it and so has Steve. Shame on us.
