I think I must be getting old

I woke up at 5:30 this morning for no apparent reason and I couldn't go back to sleep. Isn't that what happens as you age?

To clarify a point from yesterday: I download the Dave Ramsey shows and listen to them on my MP3 player. I downloaded 2 weeks' worth yesterday and that's how I heard myself on a rerun. It will take me about 4 days of listening off and on while I walk back and forth to the pool, clean the kitchen, and make dinner to get through all of the shows, even though each show is only 1 1/2 hours. On the radio, it's 3, but without commercials like I listen to it, it's 99 minutes.

Anyway, I'm standing here at the laptop in a robe with a towel wrapped around my hair. I was originally heading to get coffee, but the siren call of the computer distracted me. Hmmm. Something to think about - the call of the computer is stronger than the call of coffee.
