Restarting the Computer Whilst in the Middle of Blogging Isn't Marvelous

I had to restart the computer because the USB modem was acting up. I forgot that I had a blog post in progress, so I lost it. I don't even remember what I was writing about!

I do remember that Steve had contributed. So I'll start with that bit.

This afternoon the kids (C & A) were sitting on the floor together looking at a book on the couch so Julie couldn't get to it. Audrey had gotten up to mess with Julie and was coming back when she started to push Caleb away. They finally agreed to share and while trying to sit, she stumbled and kicked him in the knee. He said, "Ouch! She kicked me in the knee!" Putting her hands on her hips, she made a show of leaning down and looking at his bare feet. Then she stood up and told him, "Caleb, if you're not going to wear shoes, then I *am* going to kick you." Impressive piece of logic, yeah?

Steve enjoyed this little vignette so much that he came upstairs and disturbed my nice hot quiet shower to tell me about it. It was worth the interruption.

Anyway, when I remember what I was talking about earlier, I'll post it.
