First Run With Feedback
So I went for a 4 mile run this morning. I did it without my usual podfitness.com workout which means I had no trainer in my ear telling me when to run and when to take a walk break. I was on my own. But I had new music and my new Nike/Apple gadgets.
Short version: I ran 4.07 miles at an average pace of 5 mph (12-ish minute miles). When I run, my pace is close to 11 minutes, but the walk breaks are between 16 and 17 minutes/mile. I'm pretty sure I ran more than I usually do but I don't know if I was pushing myself speed-wise.
I got everything uploaded to the Nike+ website and I'm pleased.
